The break/jump is a three piece custom cue. Using a unique tenon style phenolic tip and ferrule, the shafts on break/jumps have a semi-pro taper.
This cue does double duty. First as a break cue when fully assembled then, when needed, transforms into a jumper via it's quick release joint at the handle. |

The jumper, unofficially dubbed "Foster LIte" combines 3 technical aspects which produce a jump cue that will aid in your performace.
|
1. The shaft is a thicker style with a linear taper. |
This brings the balance point and mass forward making the center of gravity lower and the cue easier to use. |
2 . The tip is a crown or tenon style made of solid phenolic, proven to be an excellent jump tip. |
Jump butts are fashioned from low density curly maple and feature an aluminum joint screw. These materials aid in lowering the balance point for greater control. |
The above picture shows, on top, birdseye handle with tulipwood butt collar and leather bumper. In the middle, stained brown curly maple with a rubber bumper. On the bottom, stained candy apple red with a leather bumper. |
